The Food Safety Consortium is your next opportunity to enter the official Handwashing For Life Olympics. It will be staged at the Schaumburg Illinois convention center on December 4th and 5th.
Contestants will learn a new handwash protocol that promotes effective results – without singing “happy birthday” twice. This technique will be used during the scrub cycle of the SaniTwice method as the contest area does not have running water.
Food serving sites without water are growing as the public is so mobile and busy. They seek to snack or dine along their daily path, challenging mobile and catered foodservice operators. SaniTwice is an answer for those operators who seek good hand hygiene away from their brick and mortar operations.
