The Handwashing Leadership Forum® is a corps of volunteer operators who have agreed to an annual handwashing review in the industry’s quest for continuous improvement. This is the living essence of Handwashing For Life®, keeping Continuous Improvement activities grounded in operator needs.
Members of this forum have been selected for their active commitment to fostering a Food Safety Culture within their companies. Their proactive adoption of new handwashing technologies is testimony to their dedication.
The Handwashing Leadership Forum’s willingness to collaborate opens the door to more significant, innovative solutions that endure the test of time because of their perfect alignment with their mission. Early member engagement is invited and encouraged as a source of improved outcomes. Members can track the progress of relevant research studies that are planned or currently underway and may even be invited to co-author the official report.
By anticipating the final research results, operators can more readily incorporate findings into their practices or be comfortable in ignoring them.
Handwashing For Life maintains a listing of research on its website. This log includes projects at various stages, such as those in the initial “appetite” phase, those awaiting funding, and completed studies.
Operators interested in being considered for membership in The Handwashing Leadership Forum® are encouraged to reach out via email at jmann@handwashingforlife.org.
Note: Please be aware that some operators may restrict the publication of their
participation.
